Costs won against National Park
Costs have been succesfully claimed against the Snowdonia National Park Authority by Owen Devenport, in a recent appeal against the refusal of planning permission at Llanbedr Near Harlech. This followed an earlier appeal success on the same site, but when an amended application was again turned down by the Committee Members, Owen Devenport advised that a potential claim for costs would be in order. The appeal for the amended scheme was allowed and a full claim for costs was awarded to our client against the Park Authority for unreasonable behaviour. (See article in News Stories section)
