Parc Eurach, Llanddaniel, Anglesey
Owen Devenport were instructed to apply for a holiday development in the centre of the island. After months of negotiations and a strong economic argument being put before the Council, permission was finally granted for 22 holiday homes, with a possibility of further development. This was the first of its kind on Anglesey and has since been repeated elsewhere.
Horticultural Dwelling, Llangristiolus, Anglesey
Having started an exciting new horticultural enterprise a local couple sought advice on how to obtain permission for a dwelling to accompany the enterprise. Normally dwellings in the open countryside are not allowed, but with careful consideration and analysis on the economic viability of this scheme, planning permission was granted so that the new business can develop yet further.
Penrhos Retail Park, Holyhead
The company were retained by National Retail developers, Pettifer Estates to advise and co-ordinate the application for Phase 2 of the Penrhos Retail Park. Owen Devenport worked with other experts, including retail planners, highway engineers, valuers and so on, to eventually secure permission for a significant new addition to the retail park at Holyhead with potential for 400 new jobs.
Land at Llangefni, Anglesey
Acting on behalf of a landed estate based in Jersey, planning permission was obtained for a large residential development.
The land was then sold and is now occupied by a significant residential estate. This is an example of where sound planning advice can optimise the value of clients' land ownership.
