Removal of onerous condition on a property in Benllech

We were delighted to receive an appeal decision that removes an onerous condition requiring that a privacy screen be added to an extended patio on a property in Benllech. We successfully argued that the privacy screen would provide no material benefit as the extended patio would not offer substantially different views to the current situation. This removes the requirement for our client to add a cumbersome and unattractive privacy screen to their property, and we are delighted that we were able to bring this to a successful conclusion for them.
