Holiday Occupancy condition deleted

Owen Devenport were initially instructed to submit an application to remove a holiday occupancy condition on a previous approval for conversion of outbuildings into 3 holiday units. Following consideration of the application, and the introduction of the new LDP during such consideration, new policies had come into force.

It was agreed that it would be easier to withdraw the current application and we were invited by the officers to discuss the best way forward. The re-submission included a great deal more evidence and information and after many months of wrangling and the inclusion of a Section 106 Agreement, permission was finally granted. Our client was naturally delighted at the outcome and that everyone's perseverance had paid off.
