Consent secured for change of use of former guesthouse to family assessment centre

We have been delighted to support an existing client with expanding their family assessment centre to another site in Rhyl after securing consent for a change of use of a former guesthouse for their use. Building upon our previous success securing their original property at appeal we tackled issues around flood risk, control of the use, and suitability to secure the permission and the much-needed facility.
