Annexe approved in Anglesey which will be used as accommodation for the Applicant's family member

In depth discussions were carried out early on within this project with Outline Building Solutions Cyf who designed an excellent scheme in order to extend the Applicant's existing dwelling to provide an annexe for a family member. It was essential that this Annexe was designed carefully not only in order to ensure that it complemented the existing dwelling but also to ensure that it catered fully for the future occupier and, importantly, complied with all relevant national and local policies.

A team of consultants were brought on-board and all of whose invaluable input brought the project to a successful conclusion.
