Permission approved for the erection of a dwelling in Penmachno

We were engaged to act as Planning Consultants on behalf of a young, local couple who wished to build a house in order to return to live in their home village, Penmachno. Their family owned a piece of land which was located within the village.

Following an initial site visit to advise on whether an application could be pursued and next steps we helped the client assemble a team and press ahead with an application.

During the application we had to tackle concerns from the highways department about the access, despite providing speed survey data, and we engaged a transport engineer in order to address these concerns which resulted in reasonable conditions on the approval to tackle the Officers concerns.

Our clients are now looking forward to building a new home for themselves, allowing them to achieve their dream of building a house of their in their home village.
