Redevelopment of brownfield site to a house approved in Anglesey

We were approached by the Baptist Union of Wales who had a modest and modern former Chapel in Pentraeth which had been out of commission for years and was no longer needed as part of the village. They wished to secure permission on the site to allow it be sold for redevelopment to provide a new home in the village.

This submission proposed the replacement of the unused site with a new home which would be very fitting of the site and character of the area alongside bringing the opportunity for a new local family a home at the centre of the village. The dwelling was designed to a high-quality by the Architect with the intention being to blend in to the existing locality. We also assisted with retaining ecology & drainage advice to address the technical aspects of the proposal. Owen Devenport were confident that the submission would be befitting of the brownfield site and would make great use of it.

The application was accepted by the council and we were pleased to receive planning permission swiftly after submission. Our clients can now take the site to market and secure the best value for their land.
