Reserved matters consent approved for the erection of 12 dwellings

For this we were asked to assist by a long standing client who had purchased a site that had an outline consent for demolition of existing outbuildings, agricultural sheds and a chalet on a large site at Pentraeth along with the proposal for the erection of 12 dwellings (4 of which are affordable). This consent required a rapid submission of a reserved matters application, and at the same time we also advised that the various conditions on the consent should be addressed to allow work to start immediately after grant of permission.

We gathered a team of experts in order to meet the requirements of each pre-commencement condition, and the reserved matters, and as a team satisfied each requirement. In particular, we worked alongside Datrys who produced a detailed drainage scheme, and Tirlun Barr Landscape Associates who prepared high detailed landscaping proposals and plans as part of this submission. Finally, we collated all the information together alongside a Planning Support Statement to submit these details to Anglesey Council. The application sailed smoothly through the planning process and we were happy to receive planning permission. Our client was delighted to receive planning approval and may now begin process to implement his permission.
