permission to provide additional pitches and an increase in the storage numbers, as well as replacement amenity building at an established touring caravan and tenting site

Owen Devenport were instructed as the lead agents to secure permission to provide additional pitches and an increase in the storage numbers, as well as replacement amenity building, for Y Fronydd Caravan Park which is an established touring caravan and tenting site.

Y Fronydd is located in rural Cerrigceinwen, a lovely site to stay a few nights on the island. The inclusion of additional pitches was the obvious choice to make use of the spare piece of land to accommodate more guests during the busier seasons of the year. As their agents, we prepared a Planning Support Statement in order to support the suitability of the proposed additions to the site along with collating suitable team members to assist with the proposal and advising on how the various requirements raised by the team should be addressed in terms of policy requirements. Following requests from Anglesey Council we advised on suitable amendments to the proposal. Not long after, we were pleased to receive planning permission just in time for the beginning of the new holiday season. Our clients are ecstatic to begin work to implement their new permission.
