Permission secured for industrial storage building following previous refusal

We were approached by a client which had run into numerous issues with their previous planning consultants which had resulted in a refusal of their application. This application was a resubmission for the erection of a permanent building to replace the existing polytunnel and cabin used as a covered dry store for storage of forklifts and other similar equipment on our client’s existing site.

We were confident that we would be able to pick up their case and guide our client through the necessary amendments and further information needed in order to receive the permission they sought. Owen Devenport set together a detailed planning support statement and team of consultants in order to conquer the noise and flood consequences assessments that the council required in order to reassess the submission.

We submitted the application and were soon happy to receive the approval. Our clients were relieved to receive their planning permission and can now begin work on making improvements to their business.
